The villa is spread over three levels. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. The second floor includes the sleeping area with one double bedroom, three triple bedrooms, and two quadruple bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with en suite bathrooms. The property also includes two independent apartments, each with a kitchen: one with three double bedrooms and the other with two double bedrooms.
