The property is surrounded by a large shared garden, well maintained and enhanced by native plants, where guests can spend pleasant moments outdoors. A gazebo with dining area, ideal for outdoor dinners and breakfasts, and a private barbecue, perfect for enjoying barbecues together.
The property also features a splendid shared pool, complete with outdoor shower and sun terrace with armchairs and four sun loungers reserved for guests, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Sicilian sun. The outdoor spaces are completed by a private patio with table and chairs, perfect for peaceful moments.
Near the property, the owner has created a small fenced zoo, a pleasant attraction especially for children. Here guests can admire various animals, including horses, swans, geese and peacocks, enjoying an experience immersed in nature.
The strategic location a few kilometers from Chiaramonte Gulfi, a charming Sicilian village known for its historical and cultural heritage and its distinctive pine forest, ideal for walks and excursions in nature. Furthermore, some of the most fascinating destinations in southeastern and eastern Sicily can be easily reached, including Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Comiso, Syracuse and Catania.
